Information You Choose to Provide
The website collects the information entered into a general message, call request, payment assessment, remittance request, or currency exchange request. Depending on the form, this can include your name, business name, email, phone number, service interest, preferred contact method, proposed call times, and non-sensitive details about the request.
Do not submit online-banking credentials, passwords, security answers, one-time codes, full account numbers, identity documents, recipient identity information, or other information that is not requested by the form.
Why RAGEN Uses It
RAGEN uses submitted information to review the enquiry, respond through the selected contact method, prepare for a requested conversation, determine what additional information may be needed, protect the website from abuse, and maintain an appropriate record of the communication.
Submitting a form does not enrol you in marketing messages, create a customer account, authorize a payment, or complete a transaction.
Delivery and Service Providers
Form information is transmitted securely to the website server, checked there for spam and abuse, and delivered to a designated RAGEN mailbox using authenticated SMTP. RAGEN’s website hosting and email providers process information only as needed to operate the website and deliver the request.
Protection and Retention
The website uses server-side validation, spam and duplicate-submission checks, request limits, encrypted SMTP transport, restrictive security headers, and access-controlled environment settings. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
RAGEN should retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably required for the service request, operational records, legal obligations, and dispute or security purposes, then securely delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
Access, Correction, and Questions
You may contact RAGEN at admin@ragenpayment.ca to ask about personal information submitted through the website, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable.
